You may have noticed wood beams being erected from the ground up at 284 S Indian Canyon Road across the street from the downtown parking structure.

The Bode Hotel, a 30-room boutique style hotel, is currently being constructed and taking shape on this 1.8 acre plot of land.

The three story hotel will have 42,729 square feet of useable space and will include a cafe/bar, event space, and pool area. It is located just steps away from a variety of local attractions and popular hangouts in Downtown Palm Springs.

Construction for the Bode Hotel broke ground in 2020. When complete, it will join other hotel projects under construction such as the Thompson Hotel (formerly Andaz) at 400 N Palm Canyon Dr, and Black Haus hotel at 421 S Calle Encilia.

Officials have not announced a construction completion date for the Bode Hotel as of yet however, progress is currently being made on the site.
