GONE MOD is a must mark your Modernism Week Calander. The exhibit coincides with Bacchi’s  40th Anniversary of conducting Art Business in New York, San Francisco, and now Palm Springs. Once again, Bacchi shows up and shows out his mastery for curating ‘the group show’ by taking on this intimate space and creating a showstopper. While each artist’s work has a unique, standalone presence, the Group portrays a strong, cohesive collection that offers up what just may be a glimpse of the future direction of modernist based art.

Eric Rewitzer, Palmzilla Returns, #1, 48”x32”, original collage and linocut on paper

“This opportunity to assemble each iteration of GONE MOD is totally self-indulgent”, says Bacchi. “To share and curate each of these contemporary artist’s take on this period, from Patter Hellstrom’s hand painted Vespa Sculpture to Industrial Designer Konstantin Grcic’s infamous Chaos Chair to Realist Mark D. Powers ability to capture a rainy moment at Parkview is the best!”
