During the holiday season, the Living Desert adds a very special event to its ongoing excellence as a desert themed garden and zoo.
More than three million lights illuminate the grounds in a display recognized by USA Today as one of the top 10 seasonal events in America.
WildLights is presented by the H.N. and Frances C. Berger Foundation. Generous donors make good things happen.
As well as the brilliant light displays, the Living Desert provides live entertainment during WildLights, great opportunities for photographers and food delicacies available for sale.
Guests can roam the beautiful gardens that are enhanced by dazzling lights and — for guests 21 and older — enjoy a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktails.
A special comprehensive guest ticket allows visitors to visit the gardens and zoo during the day and then return in the evening to enjoy the WildLights.
Over 600 species of animals and more than 50 beautifully maintained gardens highlight the daylight hours, while special lighting features such as the Tunnel of Lights celebrate the season at night.
WildLights is on Select Nights until December 30.
