Bravo Luxury Retreats Breaks Ground On 10-Acre Luxury Vacation Home Development in La Quinta

Newest community will build on the success of Indio’s The Bravo Collection, blending resort-style luxury and service as an innovative addition to Coachella Valley’s hospitality offerings

La Quinta, CA

Bravo Luxury Retreats, led by developer Claudio Bravo, has begun construction of Bravo Estates La Quinta, a $60 million luxury short-term vacation rental community located on Madison Avenue in La Quinta, Calif. Set on 10 acres within a private gated enclave, the development will feature 14 individual luxury homes offered for short-term rental, with completion projected for October 2027.

Bravo Estates La Quinta represents the latest chapter in Bravo’s innovative approach to real estate development in the Coachella Valley, with a focus on luxury vacation homes located in the desert’s most desirable locations. His portfolio, featured in outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, and Forbes, includes The Bravo Collection located in Indio and Bravo Houses, a long-term rental community in Rancho Mirage.

Since opening, the 16 villas of The Bravo Collection have cemented their place as some region’s most coveted rental accommodations, attracting both affluent travelers looking for the best in desert leisure, and corporate groups in search of premium accommodations for working retreats and conferences. The properties are also in high demand for full buyouts during Coachella Valley’s most prominent events, including the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, the BNP Paribas Open, and Palm Springs Modernism Week. The properties are celebrated for merging large-scale accommodations with resort-level amenities and the privacy and exclusivity of a private estate.

Bravo Estates La Quinta will build upon this legacy by offering the same cutting-edge modern design, high-end finishes, and best-in-class amenities that have become a Bravo hallmark. Each of the 14 individually styled estates, averaging 6,500 square feet, will feature expansive living spaces, state-of-the-art kitchens, multiple entertainment areas, private pickleball courts and putting greens, resort-style pools, and seamless indoor-outdoor living to accommodate groups of up to 16 guests. Visitors will also have access to a suite of high-touch service offerings, including butlers, spa and wellness treatments, private chefs, and personalized concierge programs.

Claudio Bravo’s vision is as trendsetting as it is aspirational. According to global market research company, Global Market Insights, Inc., the global luxury vacation rental market size was estimated at $26.5 billion in 2024 and expected to grow to $28.5 billion in 2025 and $63.7 billion by 2034. Recognizing this surge in demand, Bravo’s development model has introduced a new standard of hospitality in one of California’s most dynamic destinations.

“With Bravo Estates La Quinta, we are building on the success of The Bravo Collection and our other projects to create something truly extraordinary,” said Claudio Bravo, founder and owner of Bravo Luxury Retreats. “This community is the next step in our growth throughout Coachella Valley, and our goal to shape the next era of luxury travel and forward-thinking development throughout the area and beyond.” For more information or to book a Bravo Collection Villa in Indio or Bravo Home in Rancho Mirage, visit www.bravoluxuryretreats.com.
