Taste of The Shops on El Paseo Launches Multi-Week Culinary Series Ahead of Palm Desert Food & Wine

Food lovers will have a new reason to stroll El Paseo this spring as The Shops on El Paseo launches Taste of The Shops on El Paseo, a multi-week culinary series showcasing exclusive dining experiences from some of the district’s most popular restaurants.

The featured dining series begins Monday, Feb. 23 and runs through the end of March 2026, serving as a lead-up to the annual Palm Desert Food & Wine celebration. Throughout the series, select El Paseo restaurants will host designated dining days, each offering a specially curated menu created exclusively for the event.

According to organizers, the menus will highlight new and inventive dishes not typically available on regular menus, along with thoughtfully paired cocktails and wines. The goal is to spotlight the culinary creativity and diversity that define dining at The Shops on El Paseo, while encouraging guests to explore both familiar favorites and new dining destinations.

Located in Palm Desert at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, The Shops on El Paseo is part of the larger El Paseo Shopping District and features a mix of luxury retail, dining, and lifestyle brands. The center is home to retailers including Athleta, Chico’s, Connie Roberson, Grayseful, Kyle x Shahida, Lovesac, Oliver Peoples, Ralph Lauren, Roche Bobois, Vuori, White House Black Market, and others, with RH and Warby Parker slated to open soon. Dining options range from casual to upscale, including Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Shake Shack, Winston’s Pies, and several independent restaurants.
