Oblen reaches her goal of providing guests with a sophisticated resort-like experience blended to the culture by building on the DNA of a property. Guests understand the property brand and come to trust the space creating a bond. Oblen’s use of emotional touch points throughout Perch with both branded and unique local elements, ignites the senses elevating experience. You’ll find a custom, signature Perch ping pong table, whimsical yoga mats, and guest rooms defined by names noting an architectural feature. Local artisan objects and materials like soapstone and wood are carefully curated allowing the traveler to connect and build memories with the environment. Oblen shares, “Guests return to build their story in a place they recognize.
