California-based Woodbridge Pacific Group is the latest homebuilder to debut new floorplans and elevations for Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney community.

The single-family homes, designed specifically for the Cotino community, will be available on 90-foot home sites within the community’s Estate Collection. The initial release of homes from Woodbridge Pacific Group will include five different one-story floorplans ranging from approximately 3,516 – 3,985 square feet. All floorplans can accommodate different structural options based on each homebuyer’s preference such as detached cabanas and alternative primary bathroom designs.

The latest home designs feature spacious bedrooms, flex spaces and great rooms with sliding glass doors designed to showcase the stunning views.
