Palm Springs, CA
After a long and arduous process, Churrasco Palm Springs has announced it will officially have its soft opening, with limited reservations, on April 10th, 2024.
The Brazilian Steakhouse first opened its doors at another location in Reno Nevada in 2020. By 2021, it was voted “Best New Restaurant” by the local paper there, the Reno Gazette Journal.
The Steakhouse is located right next to Johnny Costa’s Ristorante, and will be open for dinner 7 nights a week. According to their website, “the Brazilian “Churrasco” has been a tradition for generations in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian cowboys) pierced large pieces of meat and slowly grilled them over open-flamed charcoal pits. Churrasco carries on that tradition with Rodizio (all you can eat) dining, superior food and service.”
Churrasco will be open for dinner 7 nights a week and will include “chef-driven cuisine, world-class full bar, and unparalleled hospitality.” Their signature dishes include Picanha, a prime cut of top sirloin, Filet Mignon with bacon, Lamb Chops, Pork Ribs, and more where you can dine in or takeout.
