Fans of the Broken Yolk Cafe will be happy to hear that the restaurant will be reopening in Palm Springs this summer 2024.

The Broken Yolk Cafe has several restaurants spanning multiple states including California, Idaho, Arizona, and Texas with one other existing location open in La Quinta. The restaurant used to be open in Palm Springs but closed during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Now the restaurant will reopen at 155 South Palm Canyon Drive and will be located near other popular Downtown Palm Springs restaurants including Maracas, Jimmy B’s, Happy Sushi, and Wilma and Frieda’s.

The main menu of the Broken Yolk Cafe includes breakfast classics and breakfast craves from the American Breakfast, Chicken Fried Steak & eggs, to Betty’s Southern Biscuit and Gravy. It also includes healthier options like the Spicy Vegan Bowl, Wellness Wrap, and Berry Yogurt Parfait.

Other breakfast staples are also on the menu like Belgian Waffles, Huevos Rancheros, and Classic Eggs Benedict.

Lunch items include Sandwiches & Wraps, Salads & Soups, and Burgers.
