Johannes always dreamt of owning his own restaurant since he was a young age learning to make desserts with his mom in Austria. His dream came true in late October of 1999 when he opened Johannes Restaurant in downtown Palm Springs. For a quarter of a century, Johannes has been serving up delicious dishes and creating unforgettable memories. Thank you to our incredible community for your support and love over the years!
Bachers Wiener Schnitzel has been a guest favorite since he opened. Chef Bacher continues to use his many years of traveling the world as the inspiration for his subtle, creative dishes that are exciting and tastefully show off his Austrian roots. Johannes is open 5 days a week at 5 PM, closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
