Palm Springs residents and visitors looking for a ghoulish good time for the whole family on Halloween night, come down to VillageFest on Thursday, Oct. 31 for the annual Halloween Spook-tacular. Ghoulishly fun activities include a youth costume contest starting at 7 p.m.

Enjoy trick-or-treating with VillageFest vendors and downtown merchants. Heroes of the Palm Springs Police and Fire Departments will also be on hand with games and candy. Palm Springs Parks & Recreation will be providing carnival games, crafts and a pumpkin patch. In addition, SunLine Transit will provide a “Haunted Bus.”

The costume contest kicks off at 7 p.m. on the corner of Tahquitz Canyon and Palm Canyon Drive. Chilling live music, face-painting, crafts, carnival games and more!

Festivities begin at 6 p.m. till the candy runs out.

VillageFest hours this fall are 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. along Palm Canyon Drive between Baristo and Amado roads.

Consistently voted the best weekly street fair in the Coachella Valley, shops, galleries and restaurants stay open late during VillageFest.
