Palm Springs will be honoring Black History Month this February with a variety of free, educational, and engaging events that celebrate the rich culture, history, and achievements of the African American community. The City of Palm Springs invites residents and visitors to join in the festivities, including a Flag Raising Ceremony, a Black History Parade, and much more.
