This Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway invites visitors to celebrate in a unique and scenic way at 8,516 feet above sea level. The morning begins with an inspiring Easter Sunrise Service at the Mountain Station, featuring uplifting songs of faith, hope, and joy by the Perkins Brothers and a message of inspiration from Pastor Robert Sneed. The service will begin at 5:00 a.m., with the first tram car departing from the Valley Station at 4:15 a.m.

Tickets for the Sunrise Service are now available for advance purchase. Visitors can buy their tickets at the Tramway’s Valley Station during regular business hours starting April 1. Tickets will also be available for purchase on Easter morning from 4:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Ticket prices for the Sunrise Service are $22.95 for adults and seniors, and $13.95 for children ages 3-10. Those wishing to enjoy both the Sunrise Service and a hearty breakfast afterward can opt for the Ride ‘N’ Breakfast combination ticket, which includes tram fare and breakfast at Pines Café. These tickets are priced at $32.95 for adults and seniors, and $21.95 for children. Breakfast will be served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the cafeteria-style Pines Café.

After 7:30 a.m., regular tram fares will apply. The cost for the tram ride alone is $32.95 for adults, $29.95 for seniors, and $18.95 for children ages 3-10. Please note that these prices do not include breakfast.

For those looking to continue their Easter celebration, Pines Café will serve an Easter Ride ‘N’ Dine experience from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Ride ‘N’ Dine tickets, which include tram fare and dinner, are available for $41.00 for adults and seniors, and $27.50 for children. These tickets can be purchased as walk-ins starting at 7:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday. Additionally, Peaks Restaurant will serve regular lunch and dinner menus throughout the day.

While advance online reservation tickets are available, please note that these tickets are limited. If the online tickets are sold out, visitors are encouraged to purchase walk-in tickets at the Valley Station on Easter Sunday.

The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the world’s largest rotating tram car, provides a breathtaking journey from the Valley Station at 2,643 feet to the Mountain Station at 8,516 feet in just about 10 minutes. Since its opening in 1963, the Tramway has been a popular destination for visitors seeking stunning views of the desert below and the surrounding mountains.
