The Palm Springs Food & Wine Festival will return this November for a two-day celebration of culinary arts, wine, and international flavors. The annual event, taking place at Palm Springs Stadium from Saturday, November 15 through Sunday, November 16, will bring together nationally recognized chefs, regional restaurants, and boutique wineries for a weekend focused on food, culture, and community.

A Showcase of Culinary Talent

The 2025 festival will feature an expanded lineup of celebrity chefs and culinary professionals presenting live demonstrations and tasting sessions. Among those scheduled to appear are Chef Joe Sasto, Chef Susan Feniger, Chef Elizabeth Falkner, Chef Angelo Sosa, Chef Andy Allo, Chef Nik Sharma, Chef Daphne Brogdon, Chef Trilby Trato, Chef Sharone Hakman, Chef Mitch Battersby, Head Chef Vince Costa, Chef Lexy Smith, Chef Scott Robertson, and Chef Emile Smith. Each will conduct live demos throughout the weekend, highlighting contemporary culinary trends, regional ingredients, and international techniques.

Participating Restaurants and International Cuisine

In addition to chef demonstrations, this year’s festival will showcase a range of restaurants offering both local and international cuisine. Participating establishments include well-known Coachella Valley favorites such as Melvyn’s, Tía Carmen, Boozehounds, The Barn Kitchen, Bar Cecil, Johannes Restaurant, Alice B’s, Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey, Eight4Nine, Wilma & Frieda, Trio Restaurant, La Quinta Cliffhouse, The Pantry at Holiday House, Palm Springs Fine Art Food Co., Tac/Quila, Jake’s Palm Springs, The Pink Cabana, and The Tropicale among others. Together, they represent a broad mix of styles — from classic American and Latin American fare to Mediterranean, Asian fusion, and contemporary California cuisine — underscoring the region’s growing reputation as a diverse culinary destination.

Festival Schedule and Ticket Options

The festival will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, with general admission opening at 12 p.m. and VIP access beginning at 11 a.m. Activities include culinary demonstrations, wine tastings, and gourmet food pairings. Ticket options range from $95 for Veterans and Active-Duty Admission to $225 for VIP access, which includes early entry and reserved seating for chef presentations.

Coachella Valley Culinary Destination

Now recognized as one of the Coachella Valley’s signature culinary events, the Palm Springs Food & Wine Festival continues to attract chefs, restaurants, and winemakers from across the country. Organizers say this year’s emphasis on international cuisine and sustainable sourcing reflects the area’s evolving food culture and its role as a hub for creative dining in the desert.
