Palm Springs, CA
Hot Cookie Palm Springs may have been serving up its playful treats for the past several months, but this Friday, the popular dessert shop is officially cutting the ribbon and celebrating its Grand Opening — perfectly timed with Palm Springs Pride Weekend.
The celebration takes place Friday, November 7, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at the bakery’s downtown location at 155 S. Palm Canyon Drive. Guests can expect free samples, music, giveaways, and plenty of sweet surprises, with the official ribbon-cutting ceremony set for 1:15 p.m., joined by the Mayor of Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce.
Hot Cookie — a beloved bakery born in San Francisco — has already become a tasty stop for locals and visitors since quietly opening its doors earlier this year. Known for its cheeky branding and decadent cookies and ice cream, the shop blends bold personality with a welcoming vibe, making it an instant fit for Palm Springs’ spirited and colorful downtown scene.
The Palm Springs storefront marks a milestone for the brand as it expands beyond the Bay Area, bringing its signature fun-loving motto, “Where Cookies & Ice Cream Hook Up!” to the Coachella Valley. And with Pride festivities ramping up this weekend, the celebration couldn’t come at a sweeter moment.
