Cathedral City, CA

A familiar face in the local restaurant scene has launched a new venture. Mark, a former manager at the Date Palm Tony’s Burgers, has opened Mark’s Burgers at 68-718 East Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 201, bringing a new casual dining option to Cathedral City. The restaurant offers both indoor seating and an sizeable outdoor patio with mountain views.

Guests can dig into juicy smashburgers, crispy saucy wings, and perfectly seasoned fries, all served fresh and hot. A cold beer is also on hand to complete the meal.

Among the menu favorites, MB’s Sweet Habanero Wings stand out with their crispy texture and sweet, spicy punch. Another signature dish, the Mango Blaze, features beer-battered chicken topped with coleslaw, pickles, onions, pepper jack cheese, and Mango Habanero Sauce on a soft brioche bun. Seafood lovers can enjoy Baja Fish Tacos with coleslaw, avocado, and cilantro sauce on corn or flour tortillas.

The Classic Smashburger stays true to its name, stacked with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, pickles, American cheese, and MB’s Special Sauce. For a lighter option, the Cobb Salad offers fresh greens topped with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, chopped avocado, tomato, blue aged cheese, and a boiled egg.

For those looking for something sweet, the menu includes a strawberry milkshake made with fresh-cut strawberries.

Mark’s Burgers is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. More information is available by calling (442) 268-5505.
