Rapidly expanding GForce Gymnastics & Parkour has opened its first Coachella Valley location at 46630 Washington Street, Suite 2. GForce is built upon the success of long-established San Diego Gymnastics, which has been serving thousands of families for more than 17 years with seven locations throughout San Diego County. 

In 2024, the company launched the GForce Gymnastics & Parkour franchise as a way to take their signature gymnastics and parkour classes, alternative preschool, after school activities, Kids’ Night Out, camps and more to a wider audience beyond San Diego County. The first GForce opened in Murrieta earlier this year and the La Quinta spot is the latest opening in what is a fast growth trajectory for the concept, meeting the demand for high quality youth fitness programs in the Coachella Valley.

GForce combines gymnastics, parkour, tumbling and active play for kids of all ages and skill levels. “We are thrilled to be here in the Coachella Valley and bring local families a great location for fitness, friendship and fun in a convenient location with ample parking, near other amenities and shopping,” said GForce La Quinta owner Erin Adams.

The new GForce Gymnastics & Parkour in La Quinta features 6,000 square feet of active space filled with traditional gymnastics apparatus such as a 30 ft tumbltrak (trampoline), recreational and competitive uneven bars, parkour warped wall and modular parkour obstacles, competition level balance beams, a 22 ft climbing rope and large 30×30 spring floor. Essential for families looking for warm-weather activities, the La Quinta GForce is also outfitted with brand-new high efficiency air conditioning, perfect for when temperatures climb.

Classes and structured lesson plans teach coordination, strength and agility while giving kids the freedom to explore creative movement and progress their skills in a safe, supervised environment. For younger participants, the gym offers preschool movement and tumbling sessions that focus on developing balance and body awareness through play.

At its core, GForce is about helping kids build confidence through movement. Every class focuses on progress, participation and positivity.
