Rancho Mirage, CA

Brian Foster Residences has been announced as the fourth homebuilder to join Cotino, the first community developed under the Storyliving by Disney concept.

Known for its modern, detail-driven architectural approach, Brian Foster Residences will introduce a collection of single-family homes designed exclusively for Cotino. The residences will be situated on expansive 120-foot homesites within the community’s Estate Collection and are intended to reflect the natural beauty and desert setting of the Coachella Valley.

The initial release includes four one-story floorplans ranging from approximately 4,000 to 5,000 square feet. Each home will be delivered with a private pool and a dedicated landscaping package. Buyers will also have the opportunity to further customize their homes with optional features such as detached guest houses or expanded garage configurations.

Designed to align with Cotino’s emphasis on indoor-outdoor living, the homes feature open-concept layouts and large sliding glass doors that connect interior living spaces with outdoor areas and desert views.

Brian Foster Designs brings more than 35 years of experience to the project, with a portfolio recognized for bold structural forms, thoughtful use of materials, and an emphasis on light and space. According to the firm, each residence is intended to balance modern sophistication with comfort while embracing the desert lifestyle.
