Palm Springs Cultural Center to Host Day of Healing for Mental Health Awareness Month

A full day dedicated to wellness, reflection, and community connection is set to take place on May 2, 2026, at the Palm Springs Cultural Center, as part of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Organized by Convergence Healing, the event will run from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and bring together local practitioners, spiritual leaders, and wellness professionals to share tools and insights focused on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

The day begins with a noon meet-and-greet, where attendees can connect with one another and enjoy a fresh lunch sourced from a local farmers market. Programming will follow with a series of discussions, demonstrations, and interactive sessions designed to encourage learning and personal growth.

The keynote presentation, titled “The Importance of Healing Physically, Mentally and Spiritually,” will be delivered by Convergence Healing founder Peter Bedard, setting the tone for the day’s programming.
