Tickets are required for non-hotel guests.

Overnight hotel guests receive complimentary admission. Please present your room key at the Main Pool gate to enter and receive event wristbands. Each overnight reservation may receive wristbands for up to four adults per room.

Check-in is at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Main Pool gate, near the towel hut. A valid ID is required for entry.

*Guests must be 21 or older to participate in this experience or enter the HyTides area once the event begins. IDs and tickets will be checked at the gates, and guests will receive wristbands to wear throughout the event. Valet and self-parking are available. Self-parking tickets can be validated at the Towel Hut upon checking in for the event. Please note that a videographer will be onsite capturing footage throughout the event.
