Paella Dinner at Del Rey

Del Rey, the speakeasy bar and intimate restaurant at Villa Royale, is offering its monthly, family-style paella dinners, served in the restaurant and on the lush, magical patio. Noche de Paella with Chef Jose Ibarra-Sandoval features the authentic paella recipes which have become favorites for weddings and special events at the hotel. Now they’re being prepared for Del Rey’s guests in a five-course dinner available monthly throughout the season.
