One of the larger developments being built in the Coachella Valley is Trilogy at the Polo Club located in Indio, CA just 1.3 miles from the popular Empire Polo Club which hosts the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and 5 miles from Old Town La Quinta.

Shea Homes, the developer, is continuing to build a variety of home collections and floor plans at Trilogy starting at 1294 square feet up to over 2300 square feet for both all ages and the 55 + community many with spaces for private pools. While the all ages portion is sold out, the 55 + neighborhoods within the community are still selling.

The Trilogy at the Polo Club has an active social and activity hub with over 25,000 square feet of resort amenities and spaces including, a community restaurant, resort style community pool, wellness and fitness center, art studio, culinary studio, social spaces, event space, outdoor sports, and trails and parks.

The upscale community restaurant called June Hill’s Table is open to the public and features salads, pizzas, sandwiches, main courses, and desserts.

Indio is seeing a rise in home prices much like the rest of the Coachella Valley. As of the end of 2021, Indio saw home prices jump 27.5 percent compared to the year before.
