One of the larger developments being built in the Coachella Valley is Trilogy at the Polo Club located in Indio, CA just 1.3 miles from the popular Empire Polo Club which hosts the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and 5 miles from Old Town La Quinta.
Shea Homes, the developer, is continuing to build a variety of home collections and floor plans at Trilogy starting at 1294 square feet up to over 2300 square feet for both all ages and the 55 + community many with spaces for private pools. While the all ages portion is sold out, the 55 + neighborhoods within the community are still selling.
