Foodie fans who’ve been following the journey, while enjoying the scrumptious and succulent burgers The Heyday Palm Springs has had to offer throughout the past few years, have reason to rejoice.

The previously nomadic restaurant is now open to the public after completing its most recent buildout and upgrades to their newest and more permanent home at 1550 North Palm Canyon Drive in Uptown Palm Springs.

The story of The Heyday began at the Palm Springs VillageFest where owners Brad and Crystal Reihl began their journey serving their incredibly popular burgers and chicken sando’s to the public.

As their reputation grew, they decided to partner with the Cole Hotel during the Covid pandemic as a popup location to offer their food more frequently to the public. After their stint at the Cole Hotel, they moved over to The Hilton in Downtown Palm Springs where they remained for approximately 2 years.

It was through this process the owners decided upon opening up their own location in Uptown Palm Springs. They started a Go Fund Me campaign and raised an impressive $27,165 through 277 donations underscoring the popularity and desire the Palm Springs community has had to see the restaurant land its own more permanent spot.

Now they are open and serving up their signature staple items such as their smash single and double burgers, vegan frisco burgers, fried chicken sando’s, late night fries with special sauce, wings, house cheese sauce, and more.
