Geoff Wood, CEO of Windermere Real Estate has announced the purchase of longtime Coachella Valley real estate firm, HK Lane. HK Lane’s 75 agents will now operate within the Windermere brand and join the 90 Windermere agents who currently provide real estate services in the Coachella Valley. As a part of this purchase, Windermere has acquired HK Lane’s La Quinta and Lake Arrowhead office locations. Agents in HK Lane’s Palm Desert and Palm Springs offices will join Windermere’s El Paseo/Palm Desert office. In total, there will be 165 Windermere agents operating from five locations throughout the Coachella Valley and mountain resort area.
Running Windermere’s operations in the Coachella Valley is Kevin Rochlitz (Broker of Record) and Selina Ochoa (Regional Managing Broker). Rochlitz joined Windermere in 2001 and has worked in real estate in the Desert for more than 20 years, including as an agent, managing broker, director of operations, and franchise owner. Ochoa was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and joined Windermere in 2016 where she has worked in a variety of roles leading operations and business development.

Rochlitz says that with the acquisition of HK Lane, Windermere Real Estate Southern California’s ability to provide real estate services for the Desert resort cities of the Coachella Valley and Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear will be even further amplified.
