The Palm Springs Real Estate Market is about to get a new housing development called Latitude 61 courtesy of developer GHA.
GHA has built other popular housing developments in Palm Springs including the LX models at the Vibe and all of the homes at the Vue.
Latitude Townhomes range from 1,770 to 2,120 sq. ft.
The location of Latitude 61 is at Hermosa and, E Amado Rd, near Downtown Palm Springs, CA on leased tribal land around the corner of Living Out and Alice B’s restaurant. Instead of single family homes, GHA has opted for 61 townhomes ranging from 1,770 square feet to 2120 square feet. “Each will feature a gated private yard with a cocktail pool, rooftop deck and sky room.” Prices have not been published just yet.
