Palm Springs, CA
Those looking for a quick and fresh Mediterranean meal in Palm Springs are in luck. Wrap Houz opened up in Palm Springs just before the summer and is quickly becoming a hit with the local community even though it might be in a somewhat off the beat location.
Located at 555 S Palm Canyon Drive, Ste A109 in Palm Springs, the fast and casual American Mediterranean style establishment’s entrance is not on Palm Canyon Drive itself but in the parking lot behind the eatery which makes it more convenient if you are doing taking out which Wrap Houz is geared towards. The parking lot also serves the British style pub next door, Hair of the Dog.
The staff at Wrap Houz is very friendly and is owned by the welcoming Karla Papkov, a long time Palm Springs resident who has lived in the area for 31 years. Karla said her Chicken Schwarma and Hummus or two of their most popular items and that the restaurant gets both a good lunch and dinner crowd. Meal options include both meat and vegan/vegetarian options. The menu can be found here.
Wrap Houz’s website invites visitors to “come and enjoy a wide range of fast food options inspired by the Arabic kitchen, from savory shawarmas to crispy falafels and fresh grilled delights.” It goes onto say, “all our dishes are carefully prepared using fresh ingredients to ensure the highest quality and fantastic flavors. We aim to create an unforgettable experience, where great taste meets a warm atmosphere and authentic Arabic vibes.”
I’ve been twice now to Wrap Houz and opted for the cauliflower wrap which was incredibly fresh and delicious each time.

I’ve also tried a taste of their Chicken Schwarma and Thyme Fries which were also equally as flavorful. I appreciated the welcoming environment and take out style eatery at a medium price point.
