The Palm Springs brunch scene received a big boost with the addition of Azucar Palm Springs, now offering the public a delicious daily brunch menu from 7:30am – 4:00pm that will tantalize taste buds while offering stunning views for those either dining on the rooftop lounge or down by the outdoor pool.

Azucar Palm Springs is located at the historic La Serena Villas in Downtown Palm Springs. The quaint and picturesque hotel was built in 1933 with 18 rooms. With the expansion of Azucar’s brunch service, the hotel is looking to expand their visibility and showcase its unique and impressive dining options to the greater Palm Springs public.

Take for instance the Deconstructed Chicken and Waffles, with an 8oz chicken breast drenched in waffle batter, finished with a bourbon maple glace, or their Chilaquiles made with house tortilla chips, fried egg, salsa verde, avocado topped with crumbled cotija Mexican crema. These items along with others such as Azucar’s Filet Mignon Tacos, Yucca Fries, Smashed Avocado Crostini, and Spanish Bocadillo on Sourdough offer just a glimpse of menu items available which will give local and visiting foodies something new to chew on.

Azucar will have it’s brunch grand opening on November 4th on the rooftop lounge, however, the restaurant has already began serving its customers their new brunch menu inside the downstairs restaurant and outside by the pool.

The restaurant will continue its dinner service from 5:00 – 9:00pm Sunday to Thursday and 5:00 – 10:00pm Friday and Saturday. There, customers will be greeted with menu items such as the King Salmon, Surf and Turf, Seared Ahi Tuna, and the Vegetable Stuffed Poblano Pepper, among other items.

La Serena Villas, earlier this year joined the boutique hotel group Kirkwood Collection along with two other neighboring historic hotels, Del Marcos Hotel and The Three Fifty Hotel. The “Kirkwood Collection is a luxury hotel brand with a portfolio of ten intimate boutique hotels and residences in iconic California destinations. The Collection currently has properties in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs and Monterey Bay.”
