Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City is turning up the thrills this October with AFTER MIDNIGHT HALLOWEEN TAKEOVER, a month long Halloween celebration transforming Agave Caliente Tequila Bar into a Thriller-themed experience with live music, dancing, specialty food and cocktails, interactive contests, free tribute concerts, and after-dark excitement. The celebration culminates October 31 with the property’s 6th Annual Halloween Bash and a free outdoor performance by MJ The Tribute – A Tribute to Michael Jackson.
“Halloween is about having fun, and After Midnight gives our guests a full month of reasons to celebrate,” said Jennifer Reese, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City. “From free live entertainment and themed food and cocktails to our Halloween Bash with MJ The Tribute, we’re creating an experience that feels fun, energetic and uniquely Cathedral City.”
After Midnight Halloween Takeover features photo opportunities, a haunting graveyard scene, and roaming zombies at select events. Tuesday nights transform into Smooth Salsa Criminal, where guests can dance to Latin rhythms beneath the glow of Halloween lights, while Thursdays feature Boot Scootin’ Moonwalk, a spirited blend of country line dancing and seasonal fun. Each themed dance night also includes the live Thriller Prize Wheel, giving lucky participants the chance to win prizes throughout the evening and adding an extra dose of suspense to the festivities.
On Saturday, October 31 from 8 A -2 P, Agave Caliente Terraza will be hosting Vampires Welcome Blood Drive with LifeStream Blood Bank. Anyone making a blood donation for this event will receive a $20 dining credit at any of Agua Caliente Casinos Cathedral City’s signature dining locations, while supplies last, and a free Halloween-themed t-shirt.
The excitement reaches its peak later in the evening on Saturday, October 31, as the 6th Annual Halloween Bash takes over the Agave Caliente Terraza. Costume contest registration will be open from 7 to 9 p.m., with guests competing for cash prizes of $1,000 for first place, $500 for second place, and $250 for third place. The evening culminates with MJ The Tribute – A Tribute to Michael Jackson beginning at 8 p.m., creating an electrifying Halloween celebration beneath the desert night sky. Full face paint and masks are not permitted inside the casino.
