Indio, CA
The City of Indio is encouraging residents to download the My Indio app, a new tool designed to make reporting non-emergency issues faster and more convenient.
The app allows users to submit service requests directly from their smartphones for a range of concerns, including graffiti, potholes, illegal dumping, damaged streetlights and code enforcement issues. Residents can upload photos, pinpoint exact locations and track the status of their reports from submission through resolution.
City officials said the app is intended to simplify communication between residents and municipal staff while helping keep neighborhoods clean and well-maintained.
Key features of the My Indio app include:
- Submitting service requests in minutes
- Uploading photos and marking issue locations
- Reporting concerns at any time, from anywhere
- Tracking request status in real time
- Staying connected with city services
“Every report helps make our neighborhoods cleaner, safer and more enjoyable for everyone,” city officials said in announcing the launch.
The My Indio app is available for download now. Residents can also follow @cityofindio on social media for ongoing updates on city initiatives.
